Necklace[1] does it drop from obeaune?

does the necklace[1] actually drop from that mermaid obeaune?
Yes Valhalla's npc says so, but I've hunted for days and I'm wondering if anyone for sure HAS had it drop from her?
If you did, when roughly? (before anthem or during anthem times)
wondering if they changed it?

I have tried farming it before. It's not worth the time. You're better off spending those time making money and using the money to buy the necklace[1].

i used to lvl on obeaunes for like 2 hours, and got the necklace[1] but i guess it was sheer luck

I've farmed 2.  One took me about an hour, and I got really excited about how fast it dropped, so I kept farming.  Next one took me over a week.  I never bothered trying to find a third.
