i know i'm not the first person posting about support tickets but seriously 3 months and 9 days for 1 ticket kinda really sucks. I've been patient until now but i think everyone would get pissed after a certain period of time.

well i'm olso waiting longer than that. that's just the date i oppened my ticket( first day of anthem btw). my case happened back on anima.

I hope you have not been bumping that ticket...  because bump for support ticket brings it to the back of the line not the front

I agree that it is a long time, and we do apologize that there's such a long wait for tickets.  However, there is a rather large amount of tickets in our boxes right now - and there are a lot of people having problems that need resolving.  I understand that you're frustrated, but being patient and not bumping your ticket honestly is the best way to go.

Then why post? If you don't have something pertinent to say, you probably shouldn't post.

I've been waiting too, but especially since the old webserver went down, Anthem may NEVER fully recover from the back log that has build up over the months.
