Alright, say this guy scammed you using some account he just made, its not his main, and its been banned, this disguise account. Would it still be possible to get the item he scammed using this character?

A GM can see all item trades, including the ones the scammer did recently

Well, the GM's would've put a lock on the main, and they prolly would track the items to this second account and question it. If IP's light up, which they will, then that account will get banned.

Well, I was scammed out of a certain "something", and the character that was used to scam me was banned recently, and I did forward a ticket about a while ago, I was wondering if you would still be able to get back what was scammed from me.
