I believe it was changed during the maintenance yesterday(?). Don't remember when it was since I wasn't on at the time.

yeah kinda gay, atleast thats what I think.....XD

200% more damage for the skill heavens drive, thats very intresting since alot of people run wind armor.....but idk

it seems thats the only thing the GM's could do to it.....I thought it didn't need to be changed but oh well...

I guess i'm not a top tire player...
