Actually more unique cards increase damage regardless of stats . TTHS is the winner.

TTHS can be use in many places and the sam gives you a good boost in damage. TTHH is only useful for some places because you're mostly limited to demi-humans if you want to deal the best damage output.

and u cant run too low of str if ur going with tthh
stth helps with FO and asura at the same time and is versatile to a lot of mvps instead of jus demi types
tho ive heard tthh does more dmg in lh but we nevr really compared stats/gears
