What's your Job level btw? With your DEX stats in the first post, it seems as though you have 0 bonus DEX?
99+40: 99 base DEX, +40, 10 from Bless, 10 from dual Sting Gloves, 20 from Kaho.
Once you hit Job 67 you'll be getting another 10 from Bonus DEX.
Or did I mess up and what you meant was that with Bless it'd be +50 and you'd be near IC?
