safety wall

i have a question about safety wall.
why do they only work sometimes ?
sometimes i have to cast 4-5 safety walls before i get one that actually works.
example> i cast safety wall i stand in the cell and i still get hit by physical attacks ......
so i cast another and move again maybe 4 or 5 times i have to cast untill i get a wall that actually protects from attacks .....
this is really anoying anyone know what im talking about? any ideas how to fix this ?

Its position lag. You are on a different cell than where you actually casted your safety wall. Yes, its annoying indeed.
