i have Account Al3li  in the game  but i can't sing in  with it  in game server 

so  .  i need for  answer from the  game master

because when i want  sing in  with my old Account 

the servser  tell me  ID Account blocked by game master  .. 

and i  don't  doing anythind bad  only iam don't  play it since 2-4 months

so . i hopefull  you will go  help me  ..

You should be able to send in a support ticket via just your forum account

You have to wait, sometimes a GM will be able to get to it straight away, sometimes they are busy and will take longer to get to you. As long as you followed my quote you will get your account back quickly.
