donated, didnt get items, now get access denied

hi, i just donated and the page told me i could now log into RO, so i logged in and checked my storage and it was empty, so i logged out. i was told it only takes about a minute to go through w/ credit card donation. so i went to the FAQ and was going to click to view my item purchase log so i could cut and past in a GM ticket, but when i click that its telling me access denied. am i being paranoid or is something wrong. please help me out

Yeah, just submit a Support Ticket. Sometimes it glitches up.

ok, just did. so paranoid, really wanted this card, and never bought anything vertual online like this before. im glad there are good and helpful ppl on this forum, most game forums are total garbage

could have been access denied cause the GM was on his account putting his stuff in...
