Yea, my AVG keeps saying
While opening file: C:\WINDOWS\system32avilfil3.dll
Trojan horse Downloader.Delf.AUZ


And everytime afterwards, it shows the options ignore info heal move into vault. This is really annoying, and way to fix this, seeing as how my AVG can't really fix it?

Keep up to date your AVG and don't surf unknowns sites.  :)

Thats what I do; Now my shit is all fudged up cuz the comp says it failed to start up normally.

Start the computer up in Safe Mode, manually delete it?
