Fully log out and close aRO and wait a few minutes before opening the client and then try to log in again and see if that helps.

Restarting your computer always helps.

Besides entering the game via the patcher (and letting anything that it wants to patch finish)

Try installing my MiniSetup and clicking dyefire.

Check your Firewall.

Turn it off, and Try to get on RO.

Its happens sometimes , when ever we log mutli times in same client and sometime acount takes time to disconnect from server and we log in same client with other acount.

Make sure all patchs are updated.
