Need Confirmation of Rudra Bow

I remember that anima had raydric archers drop rudra bows at a low rate. Is that the same here?

Well, by RMS Raydric archers drops the following items ;
 
Elunium (3.18%)  Bow [3] (4.5%)  Arbalest [2] (0.09%)  Sharp Arrow (60%)  Chain Mail [1] (0.06%)

 Raydric Archer Card (0.03%)  Brigan (100%)

thats not really accurate since hes asking if anima added the extra drop and whether its still kept here in anthem...

I think you can only get rudra bow from the LH3 mvp sniper cecil. The best drop you can get for raydric archer is arbalest[2], which is an sqi ingredient for Sherwood ( i think).
