What was the longest you ever waited for a roll back?

I sent a ticket this saturday for a roll back and im still not rolled back. I've heard its because guild leaders take longer to roll back is this true?

IIRC the Name change rule still applies to Rollbacks:

Note about Name Changes & Character Moves:

-If you are a guild leader, let us know when ordering, as your order can only be performed during a reboot (otherwise, you lose control of your guild)
-If you are not a guild leader, leave your guild before ordering (you can join back after your order is processed)
-Leave your party before ordering

Im not changing name or moving a character though. It's a roll back. But if it affects it,
what should I do?Disband or just let them know im a guild leader and modify the ticket?

Cancel it, leave your party, if you CAN, disband, unless you don't want to. If you don't, let them know. Send a new one.

Hmm actually there is no need to leave the guild.. i remember a friend rolle'ed back w/o leaving the guild (he was the leader)

Problems tend to occur if it is done without leaving the guild, so now we do it during maintenance only. (Problems such as losing control of the guild etc)

Same. I would have gotten my Rollback sooner, But I specified the wrong Class by mistake.
