Getting an item back.

If I let someone use an item back on anima would I be able to send in a support ticket to get it back.  They have quit now so I can't get it from them.

Normally I'd say no just to reduce the amount of Support Tickets, but if you really need it, go ahead.

As long as you have proof that he said "I'll give it back to you." you should be fine.
