How do I put links with names into my sig

You know, like it says
[My shop] as a link, you click on it, it takes you to a page where it would show the things I am selling. Basically, a link with a name different then the URL.

Obviously you can change the "[My Shop]" text to whatever you want, but that's the way to use links like you wanted.

If, for whatever reason, you wanted to use an image as your link instead of text, you'd use something like the following:
