You can go here www.photobucket.com and make an account. After that, upload any picture you want and generate your link. Then copy and paste link here.

First you need to upload it to an imageuploader (ex: photobucket, imageshack)

Then put the ["img]http://at the beginning of the image location...

and [/img] at the end of the image location...

EX: ["img"] http://photobucket/myimage [/img]

Without the quotation marks...
