can i use cards slot in a bow for quest?

i got this plankton card equipped in a bow can i still use it in making evang?

This what written in Rules board:When creating a new item from existing items through an NPC, please remember that an NPC cannot differentiate between carded items and non-carded items.  Make sure you are using the correct items during this creation process

So, i think you should try.

I'm pretty sure it should.

Example: Making a Brys SQI.
Required: Ring[1]
Given: Kobold ring[1]

The kobold card is slotted in the ring[1]. However, you can still use it as a Brys ingredient to make your SQI. The same should apply for your bow.

i think the npc can only detect the base item..
like your example LostLimit, npc can only detect the ring[1] not the card in it.. i tried the same thing when i was making sleip (0), i had  verit boots but the npc kept saying that i didn't have enough requirements... so i unslot it, and it was working right away....
but i don't know about the sqi npc... might as well try it yourself...

In any case, try it first with the card in the bow. If that doesn't work, then unslot it or try trading it (I doubt anyone will buy it though).
