AnesisRO Main & Trade Chat Rules

• Main chat will be sent to every player who has it enabled with @main on or @main permaon.
  
  
• The following things are NOT allowed to be sent through main chat, and will be punished accordingly:
  • Harassment of any kind that disrespects staff, players, or the server.
  • Distributing personal information of any kind.
  • Inappropriate material & language
  • Advertisement or trading of items (including, but not limited to B>, S>, T>, advertising your shop, leeches, etc.)
    • Exception: You are allowed to offer free items and services such as leeching, but you are not allowed to request free items or services!
  • Creating a character with a name "S> ..." and speaking in main chat.
  • Using multiple chars to get around the 5 seconds cooldown in order to spam the chat; same punishment as above.
  • Using any non-English language
  • Intentionally giving other players malicious advice that will harm their computer (e.g. "delete system32 and lag will go away")
  • Taking PVP/WOE into main chat. Fight with weapons not words.
• The following things are allowed on main chat:
  • Advertising your own events (like a dead branch party)
  • Recruiting party or guild members
  • Looking for participants for Battlegrounds, Poring War, Endless Tower, events, MVP runs, dungeon raids, etc.
  • Socializing, and talking about general stuff, or asking questions about game mechanics, items, drops, quests, events, etc.
  • Offering free items and services such as leeching
  
  
• Keep in mind that main chat is logged!

As always, the golden rule of posting applies: If you're unsure if your chat message is within the rules, don't send it.

How to use main chat:

• The command @main on enables main chat, whereas @main off disables it. Main chat is enabled by default.
• To disable main chat permanently, i.e. even after logging out and back in, you can use the command @main permaoff
• To re-enable it, so it stays on after logging out and back in, use @main permaon
• To send a message, write @main followed by the message you want to send. E.g. if you want to send "Hello world!" through main chat, simply type in @main Hello world!
• Alternatively, if you don't want to type in @main all the time, you can put "Main" into the whisper field, and then simply send messages as if you would PM the character "Main"; like this:
  
  • Keep in mind that the commands on, off, permaon, permaoff do not work with this trick. You always have to put @main in front of the commands.
• All @main commands can also be used with !main instead.

Trade chat (@tc)
All rules and commands are the same for trade chat (@tc on|off|permaon|permaoff|message), except for the rule related to advertising and trading items and services, of course, since that's exactly the purpose of trade chat. You can send messages every 30 seconds.

You can only send trade chat messages with @tc or !tc. It's not possible to send trade chat messages by putting "tc" in the whisper field, as it is with main chat.
Main chat punishment

Minor infractions: (Including but not limited to: Selling, Buying, trading, begging, speaking another language, ect)
1st offense = 3 hour mute.
2nd offense = 6 hour mute.
3rd offense = 12 hour mute.
4th and on offense = 24 hour mute.

Major offenses: (Including but not limited to: Cursing, harassment, inappropriate topics, getting around main chat cooldown, ext)
1st offense = 24 hour mute.
2nd offense = 24 hour mute.
3rd Offense = 24 hour mute.
all following offenses = Main chat ban on the characters account.

If there is continued disruption after an account has been banned from using main chat then 3 week temporary ban on all accounts will be issued. [/list]
