I had high hopes to migrate to the new forum before the end of the month, but there have been a number of unforeseen obstacles that we have had to overcome which have set us back a little. We are still working hard on it and have every intention to finish and deploy the new forum. Since today is a new month and the forum is not complete, here's a little preview of what's to come...
This is the new forum's main page. Links to other areas of the forum are in the menu bar along the top (menu items may change). There is a sidebar on the right side of the forum which you can collapse if you want to see the forum full screen, or are not interested in any of the boxes in the side bar at that time. Sidebar boxes may disappear if there is nothing for that box to show. You can also collapse each box in the sidebar without collapsing the sidebar itself if you want to see some boxes, but not others. We've built a "Server Information" box so that you can always see the server status, how many people are online, and when the next WoE is.
Introducing the new and improved item shop! All the items in the shop are in the same categories as the current item shop so that you can find them easily. If you still have trouble locating an item, you can search the shop and find it. All items and descriptions are clearly visible and match the ingame item descriptions. On the right hand side, you can see we now have a shopping cart! You can now buy more than one item at a time and there is no 30 second delay in between purchases. ADs and voting will show up as an account credit which is displayed on the right hand side just below the shopping cart.
After adding each item to your cart, you will be taken to a login screen where you will type in the account you want that item to go to. So with one purchase, you can buy 3 different items and send each of them to different accounts. No more logging in, buying an item, logging out to login with a different account to buy another item.
