Help please!

So when I load into ragnarok I end up having a very fuzzy character sprite. Yes  I went to video configuration and made it to the highest but it still is fuzzy no matter what. And everytime i open the client anew I have to go back to the video configuration and move it to the highest again, any solution to keeping it in the highest resolution without having to click it over and over every time i relog?

I have tried using the Patch renewal and Kro but still the same thing is happening. any help please?

Does it work if you change the settings while you run the game as an Administrator?
