It says that the guild leader cannot be changed unless the character that's taking leadership is in the guild.
Considering my latest problem isn't yet(If ever) resolved in my favor, I'd like to know if I can somehow get the character I need Leadership trasfered to invited to the guild by you guys?
I think there's only one guy besides my banned guild leader who can invite.
