Hi there!

it has been soooo long since I last played RO that this e-mail I have just recently received was a great shock to me. I remember playing on AnimaRO server, but due to a long break I dont'r really know how to play anymore. Sooooo, long story short, I'm really looking forward to playing again, as soon as I get this damn thing to run anyways :D

If you are having any troubles with getting the game to work, check out this thread just to make sure you haven't overlooked anything: http://www.anesisro.com/forums/index.php?topic=118881.0 (and if you have windows 8, you should check the spoiler at the bottom.)

I hope you enjoy re-learning RO. I've been told it comes back pretty quick, so no worries. And Main chat (@mc) is your friend, if you have questions, just ask!

Thanks for kind words! Kaeri, thanks for the tip, altough I've been through that post (and many others) a few times now and everything seems to install correctly (I've tried the all-in-one installation as well as the 4part version). The main difference is that the anesispatch doesn't run automatically (according to you it should). Anyway, my problem's here: http://www.anesisro.com/forums/index.php?topic=120483.0 and I'm still waiting for a response, so keep your fingers crossed :)

oh, maybe it doesn't do that anymore. i'll make sure this is indeed the case and update the post.
