my AnsisRo Client (110613) doesn´t go towindow Mode

Hello Everywhere.

first, sry for my bad English^^

so, thats the problem: i Haved download the full client (upgraded), + upgraded the kro and renewal exe too, and now i tried to start AnsisRo, but it dont start Fullscreen (Options in opensetup is ok)
And when i try to kill this Process, it gives ever an problem.
I would like to play, iam from the Years 2006, so long time ago, and i am realy happy, as i become the E mail, but it don´t works^^
I have 3 times, reinstal the game, and installed but every time the same.....
who can help me?

In short: go to your AnesisRO folder, double click on opensetup, and click on the blue circle, so it turns into a light blue staircase looking thing. Then change your settings, click OK, and restart the game.

The blue circle that I am talking about looks like this:

Or, yes, thanks Fidelis, that was the problem. Now a new question:
is this normal, that all people from (like me, since 2007 or so) beginns without all?
Ich kenne dich noch aus dem Jahr 2007 odersowas, als ich da noch aktiv gezockt habe^^ um so fro´her bin ich noch jemand der alten schule hier zu sehen^^

Your old accounts should still be there if it's that what you mean... if your accounts are empty, and it wasn't you, then maybe someone else had access to them? 

German:
Soso, GM war ich aber erst ab Anfang 2008. Davor habe ich mich noch selbst als Spieler unter anderem Namen hier rumgetrieben!
