Well you just think he would be a bit more humble about it =/ It isn't fun to have to ban people, and it isn't nice to gloat about it, especially when he was in the same situation. Having people banned isn't a "best thing ever". It's sad that it even has to come up.

I'm pretty sure it was stated before by a GM, that as long as it was 2 different and separate IPs it's fine. After all how can you prove that they are the same person other than the fact that she would only be sending ads to themselves, you can't prove that it's another player. How about me getting a friend who isn't at all interested in RO but can manage an account to just vote and send me the ads?

you don't have to wait for the cool down to vote for the server, go to the actual voting sites and bookmark the vote for aRO and you can vote all day long.

is this legal? its like bypassing the cooldown?

It's voting without getting ads though. Ads are the problem here. Not the popularity of the server...well...that too but that's for another thread.

It's ironic. How is it okay to let your friends to vote and send the ads to you, but you cant vote from another location on a different account.

You see it's not making sense, by that logic everyone should be banned...this was an issue discussed on the past 2 servers. And I'm sure the GMs said it was fine...if I was lazy enough I would try fishing that thread if it even exist anymore.

Lol. I got ban once because 3 person was voting on different ip ( my sister, gf and i ) but we combined our ads.

The gm banned me and say that it's because I couldn't proved that it was 3 person.
