Actually a lot of Aegis servers are running on 11.2 as well. So that's not what's the problem.
The problem is that GM's don't have a complete code to work with. I remember Denia saying that most other Aegis servers had coded large parts of the updates themselves, thus they're more vulnerable to bugs and exploitation since most GM's don't know how to code Aegis efficiently. So until someone gets us a complete zone server for 11.2 I doubt we'll have it.
