"After you clear the 25th, 50th, and 75th floor, you will receive an item called "Ashes of Darkness"." as GM said. But somehow in my 1st time in ET, I didn't get any ashes. I really wonder why?

You could possible record gameplay with Fraps software or something equivalent. Post on youtube or online video hosting site and link it via support ticket. Showing the level's you don't receive the dark ashes.

^This. The can also check logs...but that might take a while since Endless Tower does that x amount of monster remaining crap.

The ashes are used to skip floors, not to obtain tokens.

you can skip up to 75 floors o_o...

anyway, were you there from the beginning and walked all the way up past 25?

Woah wait your whole party can just skip to floor 75 and just finish the tower from there? I knew you could skip to 75 but I thought you had to clear all the floors.

When you reach the top it will warp you won't it? Or if you all died you can go back and walk from 75th floor or 50th floor or 25th floor, depend on how high you have reached before dead isnt it? Wouldnt it better to climb from one of these floors than climb from 1st floor every time? And for that you need ashes, don't you? >.<

You only get ashes once per run per 25th floor, and I believe you have to be in the tower (or at the floor or just in the party, not sure which) when the floor was cleared.

When you reach the top for the first time ever, it will warp you out of the tower, but you can climb back up if part of your party has completed it more than once (or maybe the party leader has to have cleared it once).

If your entire party dies on any floor, you'll have to climb ALL the floors again or use the ashes you got in this run to skip to the closest 25th floor (round down) unless you have ashes saved from previous runs.

You do NOT need ashes to enter or climb the tower, but you also will not get additional ashes for passing through those floors a second time in the same run.

Yeah Kiyle...your entire party can skip the first 75 floors if you all have 3 ashes to start o_o but some choose not to in order to get more ashes and random drops

The first 50 floors is caek walk anyway :|

It's time consuming. The coolest thing I ever did was split the party and send a few to 25 and 50 and have 25 catch up to 50. My mind has been blown.

Also on topic, I remember not getting ashes a few times too, It was when I was playing hp and I didn't hit anything, but I doubt that's connected. Another time was when I wasn't on that floor when the team cleared it but that's probably not connected either.
