Whit it i can just to this part of the Valhalla or this is all the valhalla?

That looks like the rebirth Valhalla from that book of Ymir in Yuno's sage castle, separate from the SQI Arena Valhalla...
Is it supposed to send you to the arena version, or is it part of a quest...? *googling* <_>

Edit: Oh, I guess that's it.  I haven't done the sign quest, but it says nothing about doing anything there.
