wasn't sure what forum to post this under.
A Dear friend of mine submitted a ticket way back in June. He had been transfering gear, including his +10 Evang from one char to another when his internet crashed.. now all the gear is gone it isn't on any of his accounts. He submitted at least one if not two tickets right away with all of the information.. but has never gotten a response.
I'm trying to get him to come back to the game, and bring his siblings.. but due to lack of any kind of response it is discouraging and he hasn't played since.. Is there anyway we can find out what's going on with his ticket? I do not have his information So I can't look into it, but i'm hoping if i bring it up than a GM who's seen the ticket may know what's going on and can at least let him know its being looked into or something.

but its hard to get them when something like this happens and there's not even a "hey we're looking into it for u" response.
I will check with him again as soon as i can get a hold of him via text and see if he will send me his ticket number if this will help..
