What are Best flee gears needed for sniper and sin X

i have 145 mil which i can use currently for flee gears.

Well you can't use valk helm, so: SK mid, ninetails garment?, mystel shoes.
Those are some.

Sk agi mid, blinker or whatever. (But I'd stick with a gryph mid for the crits.) Whisper, or overupped ninetails skin of ventus for the garment. And Mystel boots. That's probably all the flee you'd really need as long as you have a decent amount of agi.

Mystel sleips if you like the bonus it gives when you combine it with TF.

The Kavachi Icarus SoV is cheaper, and better. Sure, if he wants a bit more defense, but buying +9 SoV is gonna eat a ton of his money.
