Is the Kaho Quest still available on this server?

Supposing the fascists who run this place DO grant me permission to access RO (and by this place I mean my university), myself and my compatriots will be making our own Kaho Horns at some point, rather than contributing to capitalism.

We'd be permanently getting rid of that zeny so to speak, it doesn't enter circulation and no one is going to be able to use it, which is the main motivation for wanting to do the quest.

I was hoping it'd get added again when they finish the changes to the sqi arena.

Adding it back to Valhalla along with an npc that makes custom sprites would be extremely awesome.
