Hi!
I wasnt playing Ro long time but i come back.
I just saw some people can use increse agi and blessing as not be priest or monk.
SO i am wonderig how its posible?

Mainly the new hats give +5 skill level of their equivalent.

You get increase agility and blessing from those exclusive "Dragon Hat" and "Wings of Perseverance".

The osirius card on this server also gives lvl 5 increase agility I believe.

wizard can do it too, using Staff of Magi with str>40, they can do blessing lv 5
