Custom Kaho Change Question

If you do the support ticket for changing your kaho sprite, is it true you cant go on your account until they change it? And how long does it usually take for you guys? Thank you for answering!

Um yes u cant enter ur account once they log in to change it, it doesnt take long but a good way to find out if they are done is to check ur ticket again to see if they closed it, if they did then u can log in again

So I can still go on but I'll be logged off when they log on? Or I cant log on at all until they finish it? xD Hopefully they change it quickly.. I want to woe. :3

You can log in.  They'll just kick you when they are going to change the sprite, and when this happens it'll probably say "someone is already logged in with this account."  At that point you should wait a few minutes before logging back in.

Or they might trade you?  Either way it is fine to be in-game.
