Is it just me or they lowered the chance of successfully over upping? Been failing now but a couple of weeks back I had alot of items that got up to +8 and +9, and that only took like 2-3 items to get that high. Or I'm probably just really unlucky right now.

more items have broken going +5 for me lately, but its probably just bad luck =/

I got a muffler to +7 my first try and I didn't use enriched anything. I have better luck than you!  8)

But I dunno, I don't see a reason why they would lower the refinement rate of something so used unannounced.
