What is your attack speed?

Spammability seems to be made up by Attack Speed + Cast Time + Cast Delay, and that's assuming that skill itself doesn't have some crazy animation that takes forever to finish up.

190 attack speed + 2 kiel + diab robe.  this happened a day ago and I thought it was just lag but i tested the other skills and they work just fine.

People are saying its just lag.  Although I don't know how lag would only affect spammable skills.

maybe your frame rate is acting up when you're spamming...? or something's clogging up on your side to prevent smooth command inputs... (slow computer/laptops)
