Edit: Just tried it in alde castle, it worked ._. Wtf man. Going back to pront and trying it again

Edit again: Wtf, just came back and I can jump now. Anyone care to explain or have a theory on why I couldn't jump earlier?

could be people were on the cell you were suppose to jump or you cant tell until woe starts

I was alone in the castle, and I had plenty of room to jump. Actually I think I was inside the castle when non sqi woe was going on, maybe that's somehow connected.

I swear it wasn't a hiccup, cause I was having a convo while doing it, and tried it out in another castle too. High jump just wasn't working.

Sometimes hotkeys don't work when you're chatting even if you toggle the chat box off. xD

or what trigs said or you were out of range or some object wasblocking you.

Or probably Fidelis was in the landing cell hidden.

I was making the same routine jumps on the same exact cell, and I tried it in open space, no pos lag, I swear.  And I actually jumped, I just landed in the same spot, like what would happen in pvp. Nothing was blocking me. The skill was actually used and sp was taken, but I didn't land anywhere else.
