Where the hell is this dude I've been spending about two hours already looking for him around pront and the internet but all it's giving me is different location where he is not there in our server.

are you talking about the guy in the suit that is suppose to increase your carrying weight capacity?

he's pretty close to the refiner just somewhere a little souutheast
