Game window is super small after installation

I've never had this problem before I installed the game, downloaded all the patches in the correct order from the kro to the renewal to the animus and changed the setup to my nvidia graphics card and the display, still it won't alter anything all I get is a mini window and I can hear the music in the background can someone tell me what I am doing wrong X_X

yes I did. I think i stated that prior I'm not sure what I am supposed to do I cant even play like this. X_X I never had this problem.
