Are they used in any quests or anything? Or are they just a wonderful loot item?

Pretty sure they're not for anything, just fun loot. Try RMS?
Edit: I looked it up so yeah they're used for the Bard platinum skills quest. Soo not really worth it seeing as how you get platinum skills at the price of 1k zeny on this server.

Its basically the same quest under different name, because there is no such thing as cursed water quest.

Edit: I forgot to add that certain dolls arent cathegorized as "cute".
