Does Gym Pass work on any character? (Not included in the poll. Seeing as it's probably a stupid question.)

What would be a better money making character: A Whitesmith with a Bxxx Mjol that can't mob because I'll lag-out and die, so I have to stand and wait for the Lightning Jolt to proc, OR a Knight with a Bloody Eater and two Sword Guard cards?
Both will be making money in Niff, then Geffenia.

In your case playing ws will only piss u off even further with lag n dying... So go play the knight since u will actually be playing n hopefully have fun while farming

Having fun is nice, but a fun part is making a better income. xD

I'd say the Whitesmith. Depending on your gears you can floor the mobs (minus the Disguises in Niff of course) pretty quickly. You can greed (saving you time picking up the loot, thus making more money). Cart Boost for when the Hylo's decrease agi on you, which also allows you to make use of your Adrenaline Rush once again. You have the cart which means more weight capacity and less trips (also to carry more supplies with you). The cart will definitely help once you go to Geffenia, since getting there is a pain if you don't have a Lucifer's Lament. And if you eventually go for a High Wizard Card, that is a great item for your LSoD since Incubus and Succubus have pretty High Mdef (46 and 48 respectively) and take 50% damage from Wind property, so you'll want to be doing as much damage as possible. They have even more Def which might become a problem with the Knight and the BB spam. Since the Incubus and Succubus have 58 and 54 Def respectively and take only 25% damage from Ghost Property (which is the Bloody Eater's property) you wont be doing much damage with BB at all. So like I said, you would probably want to go with the WS.

WS and if LSoD is a cause for your Lag then turn anything you can off to try and reduce the lag...like /effect /lightmap /aura ETC...

Well, it isn't LSoD, it's just when I mob with over three enemies. It just lags me out, and I log in dead. :/

What? You lag making a mob but you dont lag when the Lightning thing procs? I would say that the lightning makes lag worse, and since its being spammed its annoying.

If you go with a reflecting piece of gear (HO shield, pirate dagger, devi valk mant, others) you will keep spaming LSoD even after the mob is dead since the disguises are immune to it.

But given the choices you've provided, smith is better. I dont even see any advantage on using a LK, specially a two handed one, yeah you will have parry, but still you can die pretty easily without a shield, dont have the easiness of greed and the sucubi/incubi also have big defence lol.

Given your choices and map to use, i would say, use a priest and carry a smith just to greed, its the easiest way lol.

I would have the say the White smith will make more money. I say this due to personal experiences with both. White smith typically made me more not because of greed, but the fact that I used less items to run it vs a LK.

To answer the second question, yes, it will work on any class. It also stacks with merchant classe's and/or Super Novice's with Improve Weight Limit. At least, that's how it is supposed to be; I am not sure if the aRO staff changed the ability to stack with Improve Weight or not.

I mean, you're not going to make much income on either of those if you can't even handle 3 mobs before you lag out/die... It's just not going to happen.

Obviously your problem is keeping you from playing the game the way it's meant to be played, I really suggest trying to fix that first thing.

However... if you really want to put up with that shit then... I don't know, go with LK and head to Moscovia. At least you'll actually make money at Mosc seeing as how you only really need to kill one Mavka at a time.

If you're not interested in Moscovia... Good luck making money at places money is made in mobs.

In Geffina with the WS I have now, only waiting for Lightning jolt to proc is a hella lot faster then Mosc.
As for the problem with the lag, I've looked and searched for hours to no prevail. :/
