Help plz...coming over from AnimaRO

I just got back from a forced vacation due to having no internet.  I was wondering if the accounts characters and ad credits got transfered over from Anima.

I can't login to my old accounts, and don't know how to retrieve the passwords.  I tried re-creating new accounts with the same names, but it says that those names are already taken.

Can someone help me out here?

The accounts are transferred over. If you have not logged in since the BT incident, then you will have to submit a support ticket (good luck with this one) with as much pertinent information as you can get, like IP address, last passwords, screenshots of you on your character, etc. The Credits did not transfer over, unfortunately. Good luck with this.

Thx for the fast reply.  I think I remember you from the Anima forums. 

Well, If I can at least get my accounts back, then that's fine.  I think I had about $55 in ad credits though. 

So should I create a new account and submit a support ticket from that one?  Because I can login with my old accounts yet.

Support tickets are linked to your forum account, so just use your forum login for support tickets.

Just adding on from what paladin said.

Q: I lost my account information, is there any way to get it back?
A: Send in support ticket under the "Lost items/Scams" category and include as many details relevant to the account as possible, such as:

1. The most recent screenshot that you have of you playing a character on your account.
2. The name of your Internet Service Provider (Ex. AOL, Comcast, NetZero, etc).
3. Your IP (Find out yours at http://whatismyip.org/).
4. Your previous password for the account(s).
5. The last estimated date you were on the account(s).
6. The email account registered with the username(s) (If you still have access to it, we can send you your password to the email account).
