does anyone know where to get the food that the new pets, loli ruri and dullahan, eats?
and does anyone know what their special ability is? O:

Dunno what they eat, and I think Dullahan adds some crit rate bonus.

The Prontera Pet Food NPC sells the food. Dullahan Food is some Sunrise Cocktail?, and Loli-Ruri Food is ... the other one, I forgot the name. :X The last two in the list.

i would like to know what class it be most beneficial for so i can work for the tickets on that class since its soul bound....

According to iRO wiki..

Dullahan bonus is +5% crit rate
Loli Ruri is MaxHP +3%, low chance of activating heal level 1 when being physically attacked.
