problem with display
« on: October 19, 2011, 01:16:48 am »
Whenever I load the game it brings up a very tiny box but I have no idea how to make it a size where I can see anything. I have changed display size on the set up several times and I just can't seem to figure it out.

I had the same problem today. This is how I fixed it:

In the past, you had to use "Setup" to change the screensize. I played around with this and got my window size working again. I hope this helps! :police:

I did change the screen size in the setup menu, but I will try again.

You're saying that changing the resolution size didn't help from using "opensetup?" Check out this thread; it might be your same problem. http://www.animusro.com/forums/index.php/topic,112556.0.html

Shadow, if you're trying to make it full screen, make sure that the "Full Screen" box is checked; otherwise you may encounter a problem with different sizes if you're using Windows Vista or 7.  In that case, you may have to dissable the UAC or enter as an administrator.

Still, have you tried what Zidane told you? Disabling the UAC (google it if you don't know how to do it), or right click on opensetup and then "Run as administrator...".
