I remember when I first joined it was great leveling.. but I just popped in there and it's dead.

The spawns are the same, its probably a champ or two who have clean swept your areas.

probably a mobber gathered all the mobs and holding them in one spot.

I'd still like to have it looked into... when I used to niff there would be mobbers like that and monsters would still be available.

If they did secretly reduce the spawn then I commend them for taking a rightful action.

Monsters spawn different than before...it isn't completely random and if they're being horded they won't respawn...

But i haven't been in nif in a long long time so i don't know.

Everytime i go there's always champs hogging the place(and usually dying..)
