You should try "Fraps", I don't get that much lag when I use it. Song was nice.

the lag is not from my computer i don't even see the different while using the program but the program do it like this
fraps is too complected for me =\

no WMM only help me to put the song didnt effect the video Quality !!

What do you need to know? Fraps is very easy to use, I would suggest to leave most of its settings the way they are. Just go to the the "movie" tab and select the key you want to use to start/stop recording.

Also for Fraps if you have a secondary hdd that's not where aRO is, have Fraps save there. It'll improve your map-map loading times a little bit.
