Did the Chepet spawn rate ever get changed back/fixed?

Way back when there used to be quite a few of them in TF1 due to a custom spawn rate and, now as I think back, I haven't seen one for a long time. Probably haven't run into one since before the eA switch.

Me wants some matchsticks but Chepets are almost a myth. xD

Theres 1, she spawns every 30 ish min... and i just killed her like... 2 days ago so she's still around.

Do you wan them to Arrow craft into Fire arrows?... There's a NPC tool dealer right near the treasure island map that sells Fire arrows :P...
