So yeah, what ever happened to getting banned for RMT? Buying gears?

Just wondering. I noticed people have had their items confiscated, but the rules haven't changed, did they? Why aren't they banned?

This includes all types of items, both electronic and physical.  If you buy items, zeny, or accounts with out of game items or currency, we reserve the right to confiscate the purchased items without compensation or warning.

This rule has been here since I started the server.


Edit: No, I'm not saying I got banned for RMT. LOL, to the people who PMed me that.

We do ban players when we find out they were involved with real money trading. Chances are those items were taken for something else(The item was stolen from the original owner for example). If you have anymore information about this matter, make a support ticket.
