Would I get bot checked for this?

My friend just gave me a TON of stuff that he doesn't need, to help me with my SQI fund. He MvPs a lot, go figure. It's the stuff that accumilated in his storage over time. @__@

In total, it came to around...20 or so clips[1], two or three dozen Lance[1], a dozen Katars of Frozen icicle, and more stuff I can't bear
to go through at the moment. So yeah, if I vended it, would I get bot checked for it? '___'

Just asking. No, I don't bot, and neither does my friend, and the GMs could simply go through the logs for proof, but yeah. Also, a question about bot checking. What happens if they check me and I'm AFK or something/on another character? Cause that's what I'm
worried about.
