I already did the quests ages ago. I can't figure out how to get back there now.

You talk to the same NPC inside Lighthalzen's Building.

The one that teleports you to the dimensional gorge with no monsters.

If you want you can save location with the cat agents by offering them fishes/ores. So the next time you can just use Butterfly Wings to reach New World, provided you have a way to get out of there. *cough* Warp Clip!
