Can this get me banned Q_Q?

There's about 5 PCs / Laptops in my family in 1 house. 1 brother that plays AnimusRO on one of the computers. Since he has friends in- game now... he learned about Voting... He asked me about voting since i've been playing the game for about 2 years now. I vote on my computer and only that computer since its against the rules to vote or have multiple forum accounts . Since I have gears he always wanted, so he threatened me that he'll vote on one of the computers around the house if I didn't give him some stuff...

My questions is, can he really get me in trouble Q_Q?... Him voting on another computer in the house? Same WiFi, Router

I blocked AnimusRO from the host file in some folder under System32 and it worked and causes Internet Explore + Google Chrome an error when he tries entering it in the URL bar.
Few days later some in- game friends told me they saw my brothers characters in Prison so I barged into his room and saw him playing RO .
I didn't really do anything since he doesn't know I blocked AnimusRO website... So.. I told him there was some candy and icecream outside [ which there wasnt any ]... enough time to spare me, some to figure out how he actually done it... I looked under Google Chrome and he kept clearing the browser history... but what he didn't know was that he had a Notepad up having a Proxy website on it . So yeah I guess he used a Proxy -> typed in AnimusRO.com - > Went to the download page -> re- Downloaded it -> kept playing . As in my knowledge... Proxies are used to get into blocked website... I know because teachers at school use them to get into YouTube & FaceBook [Bad Teachers]... I told him I knew he was using a Proxy... and I told him I can block it too, he said "theres a huge list of Proxies and ill just re download and get into AnimusRO website again..."... After that I couldn't do anything Q_Q... It's just a little time til GMs bann me I guess when my brother Votes Q_Q... Hopefully I get some forum help since I barely have any in- game friends anyways. =x. Cheers.

You could send a ticket to let the GMs know about the problem. Maybe they could prevent your IP from voting 'til you get your brother to stop playing RO. Lol.

If he's going through a proxy it shouldn't be a problem since it willl change the ip his account comes from.  Using a proxy to vote is supposed to be illegal though... and if he ever finds a way to do it with your home ip then you might be in trouble

Do not vote through proxies, that will definitely get you banned @_@ as to voting on multiple forum accounts, just find out what his forum account name is and let the GMs know that it'll be both of you voting - the vote timer will reset for both of you when one of you votes (at least that's how I understand it from other people who do this), so you'll just be racing each other to get the votes first (also make sure he doesn't make more than one forum account!) . Do not lend him your gear @-@ that's.. kind of a dick brother you have.
