I know ads go for 1.1 now but everyone overprice their stuff even more in the market

Well yes and no it depends on how much a player Demands an Item...if it's a high demand item then it's expensive if it's not then it drops in value. The players control the market and if they see that Players are buying then they won't drop a price...
